Several Negative Accounts Do Not Belong to ME Disputed Nothing Done

I wished I would have seen your info a few weeks ago.

I had several negative accounts on my credit report including a judgement.  I had a cap 1 credit card that did not belong to me.  I disputed it several times but nothing was done.  The credit limit was $325 but before long they said I  owed $1590 on it because I refused to pay for something that wasnt mine.  Long story short.  It was placed for judgement.

I recently paid off everything on my credit report except for my car loan.  I am despertly trying to buy a house, but now that I paid it all off my score is not increasing.  All of the things that I payed off are not dropping off my credit report for another 3-4 years.  How can I get this to happen?  The judgements which were not mine in the first place wont be taken off for 7 years.  This is hurting my credit!  Is there a letter that I can send after the fact asking them to delete my problem areas.  I need to boost my score up by at least 100 points in the next month so that I can buy a house.  Any suggestions for me?
