HSBC is on my credit report as a write off: How do I Get it Removed
I had an account through HSBC and they wrote it off. Another lender, C. CACH bought the account took me to court, and they settled for $4,664. I am still paying this company and they will settle if I pay 80%. Which I plan on with my income tax. This has pretty much shot my credit. HSBC is on my credit report as a write off and C. CACH will be on my report until 2013. Can I do anything once I pay off this lender to help my credit or do I have to just let time fix the problem. If you can, please help.

I would dispute the c and hsbc and hope
you have let the other go to far with a settled settlement
The best thing is to pay them as fast as possible and get some good
credit going and keep some new credit open

Dispute it how? By saying the account has been closed or wrote off? What should I say in order to win or to have a chance. If you have an idea please let me know

Just say it aint yours
then
pray a little
