Estranged spouse signed name credit fraud

What can happen if my estranged spouse (we are separated) obtains a copy of my credit report without my prior authorization? He knows my Social Security Number, birth date and other personal information that could get him in far enough to order my report as if he were me. What can happen?

you can threaten suit maybe on who pulled the report for him

that’s about it
