I need help cleaning up my credit

1 ~ Get my Totally FREE Credit Scores IF I can’t see it I can’t fix it.
2 ~ Pay current loans and cards before 30 days elapse and if I can’t, I call creditors and agree to terms of payment help to build credit.
3 ~ Pay down balances to less than 80% debt to high credit.
4 ~ Negotiate for credit help before I pay on past bad credit. I ask collection agencies, credit card and loan companies for settlements and updated reports before I make payments. The #2 credit help mistake is, asking for updates or removal “after” making payment. If the credit has any mistake or if I do not know how to contact the creditor I go to next step.
5 ~ Dispute any errors on my credit report free by certified mail
Errors could be too old, fraud, unfamiliar, theft, mistake, wrong balance, paid off in full, never late, not mine, duplicate, incorrect dates, included in bankruptcy or divorce decree. Mail disputes with copies of any documentation from negotiations, investigations or receipts, or dispute with no documentation if I can’t recognize or contact the creditor.
6 ~ Mail all credit disputes with delivery confirmation and use next day air for a faster and confirmed credit answers and updates.
7 ~ Have 3 credit lines open with loans and credit cards that report to bureaus.
These lines of credit must be rated (open for 12 months minimum) and reported (to a major bureau) and show no more than 80% of my available high credit limit borrowed. The #1 credit mistake is, failing to keep open 3 currently good and rated credit lines of credit with no more than 80% debt for each.
