you get all three of your free credit report and go down each one of them them line by line, and make sure they show included in bk … I use the servie above myself because it gies me the scoreand i can cancel in less than 30 days and it is totally free. You will want to keep the service for 3 or 4 months to monitor the progress. it costs 19.95 per month. but is well worth it.

use my free credi dispute form to change the status of each account.

It would probably be best if you only disputed 4 or 5 at a time to keep from beng automatically flagged by bureaus for suspicious behavior and possibly slowing down the process
And of course you know you need o open a good credit card right now. It sounds like you filed 7. Good for you. 7 is the easiest to bring your score back to life with.
