i am in the process of fixing my credit and sending out dispute letter for collection agencys to validate my debt… I am just wondering if they ask me to provide them with any information to help out the dispute, if i should help them out? I was thinking i should send them the letter and sit back and let them deal with it and if they cannot come up with the proper documents then its not my issue….. thanks
