30 day late question

Hello Bo. I have a 30 day late on my free credit report with one of my credit cards. I have never missed a payment with this card other than this one time. Im not sure if I read that you could ask for forgiveness on your site or somewhere else. Do you know anything about this and how you go about it? Thanks

it is very hard unless you ask right when it happens
you can try anytime. ask to have only the last 12 months reported or the last 24 months
