One company refuses to remove or delete a paid charge off

I’m trying to better my credit and I have already disputed everything and had some things deleted that way.  There is one company who refuses to work with me.  I have called and asked them to delete a paid & closed account off my report and they very rudely said no.

Is there anything else I can do?  Or do I have to wait the 7 years before it’s taken off?
