I was with this company for 30 years, who
filed backruptsy and finally closed it doors this past year. I was at the
highest paid position in the company. Being that I was an Independant
Contractor, there was no unemployment option available to me. I was making
a six figure income to now hardly anything at all with a new company I
signed up with.
My credit cards have all be closed and charged off
due to not being able to pay them. My spouse of 40 years is legally blind and
cannot work. His disablilty is so small! I have been making payment arrangments
with some of my creditors but cannot possibly take care of all of them with such
a small income. I have not yet had any judgements made against me but living in
Penna. I do not know the judgement policies of this state. Can you please assist
me with this.
I cannot file bankruptsy due to owning 2 homes on that we reside in and the one that I put up for my elderly parents when I was making a great income. Dad pays the mortgage on his own home but the mortgage is in my name. His payments are always made on time and so is my own housepayments, I am current with my car and will have it paid off in 9 more payments. I owe the IRS $360 each month for 5 years due to being audited twice!! I can hardly sleep at night worrying constantly about a policeman or a warrent being served against me.

I would consider chapter 11 to keep from worrying
you can re up on your homes
as far as credit cards
um
there are ways to legally hold your own
I would get real legal help
outgo exceeding income is more than credit help and you know that. Something has to stop the giant ball from rolling over you.
