I was divorced in Texas, September 2008. My X wife was awarded the house and a car which were financed in my name only. The court order states that she has full financial responsibility including, Mortgage payments, Insurance, taxes and all other cost associated with the properties.
The problem is, she has quit making the payments on the 2 properties. I get notified by the banks, but only after the notes are at least 30 days past due. I have been making the payments in an effort to protect my credit but the negative information is already on my reports. She is wrecking my credit and I need advise on a path forward.
Is there any way for me to get the courts to give the property back to me if she is not going to pay the notes? Can I have the negative information removed from my credit reports and have it placed on hers, where it belongs, if so, HOW?
Or do I just have to sue her and let the court process drag on for years while my credit history goes down the toilet.

The only thing you can do is go back to court
If you were going to have her pay it you should have had it put in her name. Much easier said than done.
Lawyers and courst canot help your credit and they dont care what the courts say at the bureaus, banks or mortgage companies. Either pay or get smacked.
I would call the places she is late on and ask them what to do
X wife debt on my credit report
