I have paid off items on my credit report and received letters stating the debts have been satisfied. Now I need to know what’s the best way to present the notices to the credit bureaus to have the negative remarks removed. Any suggestions?

The best thing would have been to negotiate with the places you satisfied debts with before you satisfied them.
Your best bet now is to dispute the accounts with the bureaus. Say account is either incorrect or not yours
The bureaus will notify the creditors of your dispute and ask them to verify the accuracy of the disputed accounts
you will get results by letter in about 30 days.
