B of A recently changed my ‘credit line’ from $20,600 to $10,500. They said that the change was made because” we have extended customers more credit than they are likely to use or need”. Their letter also stated that their “decision was based in part on information provided by Transunion – Consumer Relations”.
Will this change in my credit line adversly affect my FICO score or credit information that is passed on to someone making a credit inquiry?

Not if you dont owe any money on the credit line
if you do and the 10500 is close to what you owe
it will show on fico as a maxed out line of credit which will hurt your score
