Collections Bad Checks Cell Phone Doctor bill
I have just started to build my credit when 3 things showed up on my credit changing it from 700 to 495. I have 2 credit cards in good standing with on time payments. The things on my report a balance owed from Wachovia of $200.00 that was turned over to a collection agency RJM after I closed my account and forgot about some thing I still had out there. They sent me letter with 3 options of paying so I paid the entire amount, after all I did owe it. Then I received a letter for a cell phone bill asking for the amount owed for disconnecting the cell service early in the amount of $200.00 or they would turn it over to collection and it would go on my credit report, so I paid it. The third and last item was a doctor bill that I didn’t even know I owed until my yearly visit they asked for the balance, so I paid it. Now its showing on there as a collection agency. All of these happened after we moved and I didn’t receive and notice about the doctor bill and only the one for the cell phone. I’ve already paid thinking that was it then it shows on my credit, how do I get these removed or can I? I doubt it with the bank but there must be something I can do with the other two….HELP! Not to mention the same day I learn of those things on my credit we receive a letter from my husbands credit card company they are lowering is credit limit and I quote “do to the economic changes in the banking industry and two late payments he made over 6 years ago”. So they take OUR bail out money they need for making bad decisions and then ram us again…GREAT!

I would dispute them and say not my account and HOPE
after i got the results of the disputes i would
