Family member ran up my credit card

Yes U wanted to ask if you have a credit card and a family member used card without my knowlege which resulting a bank card that is taking away my credit line as I am paying it who decides credit amounts and can I speak to someone that could keep the limit I have now without further deductions on credit line basicly does a person decide this and can do that if I explain the situation the credit card I am talking about was paid in full in a settlement Please respond with some advice on how to take care of this or is it even possible thank you

You should call the creditor and ask
It never hurts to ask
as to weather it can happen. I dont know
