I have five medical bills that have been turned over to other collection agencies, and now they have been report on my credit again, appearing to be about twelve collection on my report. Can a collection agency that has bought an old debt can they report it again to look like a brand new debt?

so yes
One will sell it to another over and over
the question comes into play on legality of collections authorization though after these sales
many time if you go to court, you will find in disclosure that they do not have legal domcuments to collect
