I have a lien that was reported on my credit in 9/2004 for $12,360 and the same lien was reported again accept in the amount of $14,637 in 9/2005 can they report the same lien more than once? It looks like I have two liens, instead of one. The California Franchise Tax Board filed a lien in 5/2004 which I never owed the debt. I owned a home in California and was suppose to file a tax return. Now they are going to file a second tax lien for $6900 and they have filed it in the county I live, in which is Washoe County Nevada. Can they file this over state lines even though they are a state agency and not a federal agency? This new filing is also for 1999 which they have already reported. I have been dealing with Lexington Law and not getting them to do anything about these debts

This one is over my head
Legal filings in state courts requires a lawyer not a credit help guy.
Sorry
