We completed a chapter 13 plan in February 2009. We went to the bank to apply for a loan but were denied. Another bank that we have done business in past has agreed to do a construction loan if we can get a committment loan from a lender. The bankruptcy is a hender due to bankruptcy laws. How can we get bills that are on our credit report to show that they were paid in the plan? We had good credit prior to bankruptcy but we were forced to file due to one bill. We went last week and made a loan with the credit union to help reestablish our credit and increase our score. We have B status based on our credit score with credit union. A is the best. We paid most of our bills at 100% during the bankruptcy plan. My wife’s scores are 616 & 628. My scores are 668 & 709. We are try to buy a home and the bankruptcy and bills showing being late are on our report. The bankruptcy is showing on my wife’s reports but not mine. How can I get the bankruptcy on my report to show that the bills were paid in bankruptcy not just being late? Do you know of any lenders who would loan money after release from bankruptcy? We just need a lender and our scores increased. Is it the wise to try to make a loan this soon? We are looking a the low interest reate at this time also. When creditors removed their reports if the bankruptcy is complete? If so, how can we get it done? Thank you in advance for your answers to our questions. Thank you.

you should use my free credit dispute form
go line for line on your credit report
and dispute each incorrect account
as far as lenders go
first rate credit lenders will probably not work with you
I would go to a mortgage broker
show them your credit report and scores and ask for ideas
