I hate to bother you so early from the midwest Bo, but I just got off the phone with my finance company for my truck. They said I would not work out an “early out” and that I should pay the entire amount. Is there anyway to talk to I know he’s just a worker “bee” Is there a letter or anything that I could send to them hopefully to convinve them that this is a “win-win” situation for both?
Thanks

there are no real details here
what do you mean to say
you are how many months behind on your payments?
who are you making payments too?
can you now make payments?
what does win win MEAN?
—————-
Sorry…one month behind…a finance company…(midwest acceptance in missouri…yes I can now make the payments…win-win means I am out off there books and I get title and no more car notes……
—————-
one month behind is not enough to call a loan
Usually
So you can pay them off in full right now?
then do that and be done
you said
” am out off there books and I get title and no more car notes”

Good Morning
Following your advice slow but steady anyway Just received a phone call from BaySide Recovery they said that I wrote bad checks which I have not done The guy (Jim Jack) said he was trying to serve me papers on this matter…What should I do I am at work right now….

you send them a certified delivery letter
asking for legal documentation proving chain of ownership for a court of law to prove legal chain of custody and collections rights for said debt.
you also explain that you do not wish to be called at work again
