I have judgements on my credit file

Hi Bo
I have been trying to clean my credit report up for a while now. I have judgements on my credit file. If these are removed completely will this raise my score? The creditors are saying that they are willing to delete them with payment in full. Thank you!

but
you must have some current active credit that is a least 6 to 12 months old
