Bought a car from private seller can they report to a bureau

I have bought a car for a private seller and I was wanting to know if there is anyway the seller can turn in my payment history to the credit company so I can build my credit back up? I will be paying on the care for some time and would like this to help me turn my credit around.

So if there is any way this could be done I would appreciate any information you could give me.

I have bought one from a private seller. Is there anyway that can be reported in order to help my credit

Credit bureaus have detailed application and security steps a potential subscriber must follow to report payments to ensure accuracy and security and legal compliance issues. Plus as of 3 years ago a subscriber must also submit at least 500 accounts per month to keep the account active.
Your private seller almost certainly does not meet any of the requirements.
