Bankruptcy My sons is on my report

       I thought a bankruptcy was automatically removed after 10 years. I had one in 1994 an my son one in 1995. He has also used my deceased husbands credit cards, forged my name, I haave had his address in Modesto on my crdit report. does that mean he used my social security number? NOw on line like people searcher it shows “my name” BANK RUPTCY $$$ but on “my sons name” his record is clean.
                       
I contacted Pipl and the removed it while I google my own name. but then undeer pipl.com is shows up under “people searches” How can I get it removed?

You need to get all three of your credit reports.
Then you should dispute all the incorrect items
Then you should put a Credit Fraud alert on your reports at each bureau.
As far as pipl goes? I know nothing about them. Contact them and make them change the information.
