I recently received a mailer addressed to Ilse Berke, 1111 Some Old Road, Everyman, Pa 12345. I called the company who sent the mailer as this is my husband’s ex-wife and she never lived or had any claim to this address. I asked where the name and address was gotten from and was told Experian. Could you please change the name on your list that you give out and have it read Eleonore Berke. I would appreciate receiving a response from someone so I know this has been done as I have been dealing with this for almost 6 years now. Thank you for any assistance you can give me.

You need to get a copy of your credit report and your husbands credit report.
Then look at the addresses and names that show up on each.
Then dispute the names and addresses as needed.
Just sending out an email will do nothing for you.
This is best done by certified delivery mail to ensure legal compliance. Mail also lays a foundation for further legal action if warranted.
