Question about judgments? After 7yrs they are taken off your credit report or not? Also I am looking at my credit report as I am typing.. it states on page 5 of 7 that.. Consumer reporting agencies may not report outdated negative information. In most cases, a consumer reporting agency may not report negatie information that is more than seven years old, or bankruptcies that are more than 10 years old.. However, this is not the actual case for me.. I am being told I must pay and clear up some of these things that are 7plus years old.. one is actually from 1994. please help any advice would be great!!

i would dispute these debts?
then i would vaildate the debts
then i would negotiate the debts.
credit does come off after 7 years and if it does not one should always dispute the debts.
judgements can stay on up to 10 years
judgments are matters of law and must be paid.
