I disputed approx. 21 inquiries with Experian on Dec. 2, 2008.
It’s six weeks later and I haven’t heard back.
I understand they have 30 days by law to investigate.
If they go past the 30 days, they are supposed to remove them.
Do you have a letter drafted I can send to them to get these removed?
I did not see one on your site.
I sent it certified mail.
Mainly I need what section of the FCRA to cite.

in any event you should recieve something in the next few days

I guess you are saying don’t hold out for hope for Experian
following the rules and doing what they are supposed to do
and that you don’t have a letter that I need.
