After 7 years can bad credit be put back on credit report

Once an item is deleted from my Credit Report after 7 years, can the Creditors EVER put it back on if I do not pay? Thank you,

but legally it is not supposed to

So, if anyone does put it back and I dispute it, they have to remove it again? Can they get in trouble for it if it is illegal? And if so, what can I do?

yes i would dispute it with whoever picked it up
validate it, dispute it, and complain to the ftc
