How often will credit card companies remove late charges on your credit report? Where can I find a letter to ask my creditors to remove those late charges?

THEY REMOVE THEM OFTEN if
you catch them quickly.
if
you reopen a past account
 
 
not very often if you have an existing card and the payment was late more then one month ago.

it is possible to to remove a paid collection by dispute form if the account is older than 2 years and the company is a small box company with few resouces.
if the company is a big box large resouce company the chances are not very good
